Shipping & Delivery
We are currently able to ship to addresses within the USA only from the onlione store.  If there is a certain item you are looking for, but you live outside of the USA, please email to: sales(at)seasonfive.com to see if there are other arrangements that can be made.  This usually involves the use of providing your courier account, or arranging pick up from our office.
Returns & Replacements
Product may be returned, if it is unused, with their original packaging attached within 30days for credit for a future order.  We can only accept returns purchased from SeasonFive.com, otherwise, please see the retailer you bought it from.
Returns on Sale items
All items on sale are final purchase and not available for return. Potential size exchanges might be available, please email customer service to discuss.
Ordering
We do our best to keep stock levels up to date on our website, so if it is not showing, we are usually out of stock.  Sometimes the system has not updated yet, and shows products that we might be out of - which we apologize for, but you will be promptly contacted to either switch the product, or issue a refund.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We gladly accept most major credit cards or paypal on our website.  We periodically have special promotions that are best found from our page on Facebook or Twitter, so head over there and become connected for the best chance to be in-the-know.
